Jose was born in Almeirim, Portugal. He arrived from Portugal in 1984 and has been a resident in the Ironbound Section of Newark for 27 years.
Before retiring in 2010 he was a Contractor with the Meirin Construction Company in Newark for 15 years
Visitation on Monday from 6 – 9 PM at the Galante Funeral Home 17 Pacific St. Newark (Ironbound)
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Newark at 9:30 AM
Interment at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia NJ
