Joseph V. DeStefano

Joseph V. DeStefano, 66 of Waretown passed away on August 13, 2022.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Joseph at the Galante Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave. Caldwell on Wednesday August 17 from 11am to 1pm. A Funeral Service will be celebrated in the funeral home at 1pm. Interment will be held privately.

Born in Orange, Joseph moved to Roseland in 1970, and has been a resident of Ocean County since 1990. He worked for his family business, All Refinishing Specialists in Beachwood as an appliance refinisher for many years. Joseph's most treasured time was spent with his family. It was always special to get together with his loving parents, sister and especially his nephews and their families.

Joseph was the devoted son of Joseph P. and Barbara DeStefano, loving brother of Lisa Cross and her husband Gary, cherished uncle of Gary Cross, Jr. (Dana), Michael Cross (Melissa) and Andrew Cross (Sarah); and adoring great-uncle of Michael, Julianna, John, James and Sloan. He is also survived by his loving uncles Vincent Perrella and Ernest Perrella.
