Above all, Joe loved spending time with his family and friends, and being “Pop” to his precious Emme and Jack. He embraced life with passion, loved people, and loved serving his community. He volunteered for the Auxiliary Police of Union, Union Rams football, Union Little League and VFW Teener League baseball.
