Joseph Rapuano, Sr.

Joseph Rapuano, Sr., 94 of Springfield passed away on October 17, 2015.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. James Church in Springfield on Wednesday at 11 AM. Interment will follow at St. Teresa Cemetery in Summit. Visitation will be held in the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Wednesday from 9 AM until church time.

Born in Ridley, PA, Joseph was a self employed landscaper in Springfield for many years.

Joseph is survived by his beloved wife Carmella (nee Circelli); loving children Joseph, Jr. and his wife Loretta, and JoAnn Coviello and her husband Dan. He is also survived by his sister Mary and his grandchildren Bryan and Daniel.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to the Springfield First Aid Squad, 10 N. Trivett Ave. Springfield in his memory.
