Grandmother of Frank, Carmelo, Cristina, Michele and Joseph.

Great Grandmother of 8.

Josephine was born in San Andrea, Italy, arrived in Newark in the 1930’s and lived in the Ironbound section of Newark.

Before she retired, she worked as a Seamstress for the New Jersey Ladies Coat Company in Newark for 32 years. She was also a member of the International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union.
