Junko M. Dickerson

Junko M. Dickerson (nee Matsuno) 47, of Union, passed away on Monday August 28, 2017

at home surrounded by her loving family.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 5, 2017

at the Galante Funeral Home Union, NJ

from 4-6 pm.

A Memorial Service will begin at 5 pm.

Born in Nagoya Japan, she lived in Chicago, Illinois, moving to Bloomfield, N.J. for 2 years,

before moving to Union, N.J. 14 years ago.

She was an engineer for Mitsubishi Corporation in New York City for 16 years,

and was a member of the

Battle Hill Elementary School PTA in Union, N.J.

Junko was married to her beloved husband Deacon Issac Dickerson for 17 1/2  years,

and is the loving mother of Isaiah, Ellie, and Sachi Dickerson.

She was the devoted daughter of Nobuko (nee Ito) and Mikio Matsuno,

as well as the caring sister of Yuji Matsuno.
