Karen L. Holmes (nee Kuklish) 61, of Union died on Monday October 3, 2016 at home.

The funeral service will be in the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue, Union, on Friday at 11 am. Interment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park in Union. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-8 PM.

Born in Irvington she lived in Union for many years.

Karen was married to her late husband Joseph Holmes who passed away in 1994. She is the mother of Joseph Holmes and Jennifer Marmeleira, and the grandmother of Zachary Marmeleira.
