Kun M. Scibetta

Kun M. Scibetta 57 of West Caldwell passed away at St. Barnabas Palliative Care Center, Newark on October 3, 2012.





The Funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 54 Roseland Ave., Caldwell on Tuesday at 8:30 AM. The Funeral Mass will be at St. Lucy Church, Newark at 10 AM. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Chapel Mausoleum. Visitation is on Monday from 6 to 9 PM.





Kun was born in the Province of Guangxi; Nanning, China. She earned her PHD. in nursing in China and began her career as a surgical nurse and worked her way up to serving as Director of Nursing, Dean of Nursing and a Professor at the First Affiliated Hospital in Nanning, China. She was also an accomplished writer authoring five nursing management textbooks in China. She also served as a Congresswoman in the Province of Gaungxi in Nanning, China.





Recently she worked as a sales clerk in TJ Maxx in West Caldwell.





She is the wife of Nicholas C. Scibetta. The mother of Jennifer Scibetta. The daughter of the late Wenbiao Mo who was a DDS in China and the late Songnian (nee Huang). The sister of Jian Mo and his wife Ning Zheng and Fan Mo and her husband Scott Alle. She is the Aunt of Wo,Di and Ning Zheng.
