Louis Petruzzelli 100, of Union died on Sunday February 24 ^th , 2013 at home.

The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Wednesday at 9 am. The funeral mass is at Holy Spirit Church in Union at 10:30 am. Entombment is in Hollywood Memorial Park.

Visitation is Tuesday from 4-8 pm. .

Born in Avelino, Italy He lived in East Orange and Newark before moving to Union 40 years ago. He was a stone cutter and machinist in the Newark area for many years until he retired 30 years ago.

Louis was married to his late wife Mary Josephine Petruzzelli (nee La Manna) for 70 years until she passed away in 2007.  He is survived by his son Guido Petruzzelli and his wife Margaret, and his daughter Madalin P. Crawford and her husband Robert, and his grandchildren Marie De Beau and her husband Gene, Donna Reilly and her husband Jack, Guido Jr. and Louis Petruzzelli and his wife Jackie, as well as his great grandchildren Eric, Daniel, Victoria, Louis, Anthony, Brett, Allison, Bryan, Michael, and Christopher. He was also survived by his special friend and caregiver Amy.
