Lydia M. Noll (nee Macchia) 86, of Springfield, N.J. died on Tuesday November 15, 2016, at the Autumn Lake Health Care Center in Berkeley Heights, N.J.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, N.J. on Saturday at 9 am.

The funeral mass will be in St. James Church in Springfield, N.J. at 10:30 am.

Entombment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery,  East Hanover, N.J.

Visitation will be on Friday from 4-7 PM.

Born in Bisaccia, Italy she moved to Newark, and then Springfield for 30 years.

She was a legal secretary for Public Service Electric & Gas Co. in Newark for 25 years retiring 21 years ago.

Lydia was married to her late husband George F. Noll for 52 years until he passed away in 2006. She is the mother of Antoinette Zieser and her husband Daniel, Deborah Volpe and her husband Marc, and Carol Desiderio and her husband Dominick. She is the sister of the late Yolanda Vitollo, as well as the grandmother of Kristin, Daniel, Michael, Christina, Dominick, Michael, and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers that
