Margaret E. Campisi

Margaret E. Campisi (nee Cuva), 87 of Union passed away on Tuesday August 26, 2014.

Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Friday at 8 AM. Funeral mass will be held at Holy Spirit Church in Union at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation is on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

Born in Newark, Margaret moved to Union 20 years ago.

She was married to the late Louis A. Campisi for ten years until his passing in 1958. She was the beloved mother of Peter D. Campisi and his wife Elizabethann, and Frank M. Campisi and his wife Veronica. She is survived by her sisters Dora Moglia and Antoinette Kaeser. She was the loving grandmother of Denise Gibki, Kristin, Frank and Joseph Campisi, great-grandmother to Matthew, Alex and Frankie. She was predeceased by her sisters Pauline Salvatti, Rose Campisi, Mary Morlino, Helen Zummo and Sylvia Cafaro; and by her brother Frank Cuva.
