Margaret Collucci (nee Battipaglia) 60 passed away on April 29, 2012.
The Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave.,Union on Thursday May 3, 2012 at 8:30 AM.
The Funeral Mass is at St. Lucy's Church, Newark at 10:30 AM.
Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum.
Visitation is on Wednesday from 4 to 8 PM.
Born in Newark she lived there through her life before moving to Kearny 10 years ago.
Margaret worked as a clerk at Ann Street School in the Ironbound Section of Newark until her retirement in 2009.
She is the wife of Nicholas Collucci. The daughter of the late Joseph Battipaglia and Jennie (nee Marino). The mother of Kimberly Williams and her husband Jack; Lisa Collucci; and Nicole Albano and her husband Rocco. Grandmother of Jack, Nicholas and Sophia; sister of Rachel Sisbarro, Toby Kohler and her husband Richard, Joseph Battipaglia and his wife Paula and the late Phyllis Tortoriello. Sister-in-law of Angela Collucci and her husband Jacinto Rivera; and Roxanne Esposito. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother and friend.
