Mariana Pontoriero 68, (nee Barbalace) of Iselin NJ passed away on January 27, 2022.

Beloved wife of the late Pasquale

Mother of Fernando, Jessica, Cynthia and Sabrina Pontoriero.

Sister of Miguel, Rosa and Maria Barbalace.

Mariana was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she arrived in the United States in 1989 and settled in Iselin NJ.

She was co owner with her husband of the Calabria Pizzeria in Iselin NJ for many years before her retirement six years ago,

She enjoyed her retirement through gardening in her yard, cooking for her family, and spending time with her children.

Funeral from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave in Union on Tuesday at 8:30AM.

Funeral mass at St. Cecelia Church in Iselin at 10AM.

Entombment at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia.

Visitation on Monday from 4 - 8PM
