Marie Ange Desrouleaux (nee Brazela) 71, of Union died on Thursday November 27, 2014 at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J.

The funeral mass will be on Saturday December 6, 2014 at Good Shepherd Church  in Irvington at 10 am. Interment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park in Union. Visitation will be held at Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Friday December 5, 2014 from 5-9 pm.

Born in Haiti she lived in Irvington before moving to Union 8 years ago.

Marie was married to Harry J. Desrouleaux for 50 years. She is the mother of Harry Desrouleaux Jr. and his wife Junon, Marie K. Muscadin and her husband Eddy, and Mackenzie Desrouleaux and his wife Shirley.  She is the daughter of the late Helene (nee Canton) and the late Demosthenes Brazela, and is the sister of Rigaud Brazela, Theodore Brazela,  Paula Michel,  Marie Jose Brazela, Rosemonde Francois, and Raymonde Coicou . She is also the sister in law of Jocelyn Brazela, and the grandmother of Melinda, Miles, Dimitri, Nicolas, Ashley, and Michael, as well as the great grandmother of Aniyah, and Josiah.
