Marie Novak (nee DiBenedetto) 91 of Union, N.J. passed away on Tuesday December 10, 2019

Family and friends to meet at St. James Church in Springfield for a funeral mass on Friday at 10 AM .

Interment to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Montclair, N.J.

Marie was born and raised in Newark and lived in Union.

She worked for the Newark Housing Authority for many years before her retirement.

Wife of the late Joseph. Sister of Donald DiBenedetto, Helen Malavarca, Josephine Tortorello and the Late Assunta Burns, Richard and Gabriel DiBenedetto.

Daughter of the late Dominick and Angelina DiBennedetto

She is survived by her many nieces and nephews.
