Mary Ann Burdi

Mary Ann Burdi (nee Bitterle) 87, of Basking Ridge, NJ died on Monday November  28, 2016 at Fellowship Village Assisted Living in Basking Ridge. The Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday November 30, 2016 at St. James Church in Springfield, NJ at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park in Union. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 3-7 PM.

Born in East Orange, NJ she lived in Union & Toms River for many years and then moved to Basking Ridge for  the last 10 years.   Mary was married to her late husband Carmine N. Burdi for 39 years until he died in 1995. She is the mother of  Nicholas  Burdi and his wife Christina, Gerard Burdi and his wife Maryann, Mary Jane Hehl and her husband Stephen, and Carol Fiorilli and her husband Joseph. She is the sister of Arthur Bitterle, the late Alfred Bitterle, and Audrey De Vietro. She is also the grandmother of Christina and her husband Daniel, Stephen, Michelle, Nicholas, Kyle, Kelsey, Carmine, Vincent, and Christopher, as well as the great grandmother of Cecelia Catherine.
