Mary Edith Yobbi

Mary Edith Yobbi (nee Zoccoli) 94 passed away on January 15, 2021 at home.

Mary was born in Morristown, NJ on November 29, 1926. Predeceased by her husband Joseph John Yobbi. She had 2 children, her daughter Janet Cariello and her husband Joseph, and her recently deceased son, Joseph Samuel Yobbi and his wife Patricia Ann Yobbi.

Mary had 4 beloved grandchildren, Christopher Joseph Cariello and his wife Cynthia, James Anthony Cariello and his wife Sara, Alexandra Blum and her husband Ray, and Joseph E. Yobbi. She also had 4 great grandchildren, Nicholas Christopher Cariello, Justin Raymond Cariello, Madalena Rose Cariello, and Anthony Joseph Blum.

Called Aunt Marie by her family, she is survived by her nieces and nephews, Beverly and Frankie Recenello, Johanna and Norman DeSordi, Elaine Ricci, Carol Zawacki, Susan and  Bobbie Notare, Robert and Annette Pontrelli, Margaret Yobbi, Ronnie Sudal and predeceased Sandra Sudol,  and predeceased Judy and Mike Pinto.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation at St. Joseph's Church in Maplewood on Tuesday Jan. 19th from 2 - 5 PM followed by a mass at 5 PM.

A committal service will be held on Wednesday Jan. 20th at 10 AM at Graceland Memorial Park, 1900 Galloping Hill Road in Kenilworth NJ.
