Michael Pinto Januario

Michael Pinto Januario, 13 entered the Kingdom of Heaven at home on Christmas Eve, with his loving family by his side.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Michael at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Wednesday December 27 from 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Newark on Thursday at 10am. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Born in Newark, Michael was a lifelong resident. A student at McKinley Elementary School, Michael enjoyed riding his bike, and was always ready to play games. A creative young man, he loved building and creating with Legos, and cherished time spent camping with his family.

Michael was the beloved son of Ernesto and Natividade Januario; adored grandson of Jacinto Januario, Ana Pinto and Arlindo Pinto; dear brother of Brian Januario; treasured nephew of Helder and Noelia Januario, Jorge Januario and Arlindo and Paula Pinto, and is also survived by several loving cousins.
