Michelina Fischetti (nee Girolomo) 85, of Union, died on Thursday March 9, 2017.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Monday at 8:30 am.

The funeral mass will be in St. Anthony of Padua Church in Elizabeth at 10 am.

Entombment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park in Union.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 2 - 6 pm.

Born in San Bartolomeo in Galdo Benevento, Italy, she lived in Elizabeth before moving to Union 40 years ago.

Michelina was married to her late husband Aldo,

and is the mother of Thomas and his wife Nancy, Leonard and his wife Diane, and Aldo Jr. and his wife  Maureen Fischetti.

She is the sister of the late Antoinette Fiorilli,

and is the grandmother of Michael and his wife Alicia, Christopher and his wife Tiffany, Brian and his wife Theresa, Joseph and his wife Catherine, Matthew, Mark, Mary, Lauren, and Elizabeth,

as well as the great grandmother of Siena, Adria, and Anthony.
