Milton Zalewski, Jr., 72, of Belleville passed away on April 20, 2013.

Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home, 17 Pacific St. Newark on Saturday at 9:30 AM. Funeral mass is at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Newark at 10:30 AM. Interment is at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation is on Friday from 4-8 PM.

Born in Newark, Milton was a longtime Belleville resident. He was a mailer for the Newark Star Ledger for many years. He served in the Marine Corps during peacetime.

Milton is the beloved son of  Julia (nee Marra) and the late Milton Zalewski Sr.. He was the step-father of Darlene, Norma, Lynn, Jimmy Steve,  Deana, and Doreen. Brother of Carmine Zalewski and his wife Filomena; the late Joseph, Carlo and Victor Zalewski. Beloved grandfather of 8, and also 1 great grandaughter. . Uncle of Sharon, Toni, Victor, Corinn, Donald, Alix, and the late Carlo Jr.-
