Born in Newark, Patrick has lived in Springfield for the past 15 years. After earning his master's degree from Fairleigh-Dickinson University, he worked as an internal auditor for PSE&G.

Forever a devoted family man, nothing made Patrick happier than spending time with his wife and family. His grandchildren were driven to succeed by always knowing the smile that would beam from their grandfather's face after hearing of one of their many accomplishments. Patrick was a faithful church-goer, and always looked forward to the next holiday celebration with his family. Known for his dry sense of humor, Patrick enjoyed relaxing on his deck with his coffee and danish, and reading the latest news on his iPad.

The son of the late Albert and Mildred (nee Lemongello) Russomano, Patrick was the beloved husband of Ovetter Bryant; loving father of Gregory Bryant and his wife Christina, Antoinette Harrison and her husband Marlon, Rhonda Edwards and her husband Edwin and Chalynda Maynard and her husband Timothy. He was the cherished grandfather of Markiea Bryant, Le'Priesh Roman, Asia Flores, Christian Bryant, Jeremiah Bryant, Adam Bryant, Ethan Maynard, Irvin Wilson, Edwin Edwards, Jr., Rhylee Edwards, Sienna Rose Maynard and Glenda Howard; treasured great-grandfather of Aamari Flores, Knyla Howard, Amor Flores, Ava Austin and the late Aiden Flores. He was the dear brother of Mildred Manto and her husband Perry, Genevieve Poisseioux and her husband Willie, John Russomano and his wife Lucille, Ralph Russomano and his partner Donna, Tom Russomano and his wife Pat and Patricia Krebs, and brother-in-law of Josephine Russomano and Elizabeth Harley. He was predeceased by his brothers Albert Russomano, Louis Russomano and his wife the late Giovannia, sister Loretta McCullough and her husband the late John, and by his brother-in-law Walter Krebs. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Antioch Baptist Church.
