Pauline Pellegrini ( nee DiVona) 84, a lifelong resident of the Ironbound Section of Newark died on January 1, 2012 at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark.
The Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 17 Pacific St. (Ironbound) Newark on Thursday at 8:30 am.
Funeral Mass is at St. James Church, Newark, at 9:30 AM. Entombment is at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
Visitation is on Wednesday from 4 to 8 PM.
Pauline was employed as a clerk/typist at the Essex County Division of Welfare in Newark for 40 years. Prior to that she was a stock person at Bambergers in Newark.
She is the wife of the late Anthony (Jerry) Pellegrini, the mother of Roseann Pellegrini and sister of the late Anthony DiVona. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
