Ralph Buonopane

Ralph Buonopane, 84 of Caldwell passed away peacefully on January 11, 2016.

Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave. Caldwell on Saturday at 8:30 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Aloysius Church, 219 Bloomfield Ave. Caldwell at 9:30 AM. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park. Visitation is on Friday from 6-8 PM.

Born in Mirabella Eclano in the province of Avellino, Italy, Ralph moved with his family to Newark, NJ in 1937. He lived in Caldwell for the past 20 years. Ralph worked for the Hammond Map Company in Maplewood as a graphic designer for many years before his retirement. He was also a veteran of the Army, serving during the Korean Conflict.

Ralph is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his loving sisters Clara and Tina Buonopane, and Johanna LoPilato; and by his brothers Emilio, Prisco, Sr., Americo, and Marciano Buonopane.
