​ Renald Chiddo, 86 of Westfield passed away on March 29, 2018.

A Visitation will be held at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Tuesday from 6-9 PM, with a funeral service being celebrated at 7:30 PM. Cremation will be held privately.

​

Renald was in the Armed Service as a firefighter. He was an avid Mets, Rangers, and Giants fan. Renald was a great mentor for his family and he will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

​ Renald is survived by his beloved wife Jean Chiddo (nee Lalicata), his loving daughters Kathy and her husband Jimmy Guarino, Joanne Cieri, and Carol and her husband Sal Romano, his sister Anita Chiddo (Carinha), his grandchildren Anthony, Nicole, Jimmy, Joseph, Danielle, Samantha, Salvatore, Robert, Johnny, and Stephanie. He is also survived by his great grandchildren John Mathew and Sophia. He was predeceased by his late daughter Michelle, his brother Joe Chiddo and sister Anne Garace.
