Robert "Bobby" M. Cross Sr.

Robert "Bobby" M. Cross, Sr. passed away on October 25, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. 

Bobby was a Steam Fitter at Celanese Corporation in Newark before his retirement many years ago.

Bobby was a devoted husband to and is survived by his wife Fay "Candy" (Campisi) Cross. He is also survived by his daughters Barbara Ann and her husband John, Candice, and his sons Christopher, and Charles. He is also survived by his brother Wayne. Bobby found immense pride and joy in his role as a grandfather to Cassandra, Christopher, Megan, Faith, Keila, Peter and Thomas, and as a great-grandfather to Francesco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Bobby is predeceased by his mother Florence Martello, his father John Cross, his son Robert Cross Jr, and his brothers John, Billy, and Donald.

The family invites friends and loved ones to pay their respects at Galante Funeral Home at 2800 Morris Ave in Union. 

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.

Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery in Union.
