Rose A. DeMatteis, 90  passed away at home in West Orange on February 10th 2018.

Funeral from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave in Union on Friday at 8:30.

Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church in West Orange at 10 AM

Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery

Visitation on Thursday from 3-7 PM

Rose was born in Italy, lived in Orange and then settled in West Orange in 1969.

She was a teacher for St. Mary's school and St. Mary's High School in Elizabeth for 30 years before her retirement.

Sister of the late John DeMatteis and the late Delia DeMatteis.
