Rose Marie Dubiel, (nee Deo) age 80, died in her home surrounded by her loving family on November 16, 2014.  She succumbed to a year long battle with cancer.  Her entire life was focused on her family. Preceding her in death was her beloved husband, John "Moe" Dubiel and her parents Carmine and Emilia Deo.

The  Funeral is  from  the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, NJ  on Wednesday at 9 am. Funeral mass will be  at St. Michael's RC Church, Union, NJ at 10:15 am. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, NJ .Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

Rose Marie is survived by her son John Dubiel and his wife Lillian, her daughter Brenda Grafas and her husband Larry, her son Carmine Dubiel and his wife Lori, and her daughter Patricia Dubiel.  She has eight grandchildren, Stephanie, Kerry, Stephen, Ryan, Michael, Rachel, Johnny and Erika.

She also has a great grandchild, Cameron.

Rose Marie is probably best known for her gift of hospitality.  The door was always open at her house, everyone was welcome and fed like kings and queens.  Her attention to holiday and Italian traditions was unparalleled.

For 46 years, she has been the primary caretaker of her special angel, Patricia.

Rose Marie was a devout Roman Catholic and had the highest regard for her faith and always put her trust in The Lord.  She was a member of The Catholic Daughters.

In  lieu of flowers, Rose Marie requested any donations/gifts go to the "Patricia Dubiel Special Needs Trust 51 Port Royal Drive Toms River, N.J. 08757 in her  memory.
