Ruth H. Zangari

Ruth Zangari, aka Nan, passed away on July 5, 2019 at the age of 86. Daughter of Frederick and Teresa Kuebler. Ruth was born on July 5, 1933 in Newark, NJ. She went on to marry the love of her life, Peter Zangari, on August 4, 1951. They were married for over 59 years before Peter passed away on May 2, 2009. Together, Ruth and Peter raised four beautiful children, Dominick, Debbie, Edward and Gaye. She went on to be a wonderful Grandmother to six grandchildren, Danielle, Nicholas, Darria, Edward, Tara and Anthony and a great grandmother to two great grandchildren Cameron and Conor.
Ruth was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, but her love extended far beyond her family. She was known for her enormous heart as she welcomed anyone and everyone into her home. For those who had the pleasure of knowing Nan, knew that her greatest joy in life was bringing happiness to others.
While we are all saddened by her passing, we ask that you remember Nan for the beautiful life she lived and the loving memories we have all shared with her. May those memories be ones that give you comfort and reminders of happier times.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue Union, NJ

on Tuesday at 9 am

The Funeral Mass will be at

St. Michael Church in Union at 10:15 AM

Cremation will be private

Visitation will be on Monday

from 4 - 8 PM
