Sadie Craig (nee Franco) 96, of Maplewood passed away on Tuesday, September 10 ^th , 2013 at Overlook Hospital in Summit.

The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Saturday at 8:30 am. The funeral mass will be in The Church of the Good Shepherd in Irvington at 10 am. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

Born in Newark she lived in Maplewood for 32 years. She was a member of the Rainbow Club at St. Joseph Church in Maplewood and the Maplewood Senior Citizens.

Sadie was the wife of the late Curtis D. Craig for 15 years until he died in 1966. She is the mother of David R. Craig, and the late Donald A. Craig, as well as the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Franco, and the sister of the late Ascenzio (Joe) Franco.
