Salvatore  D'Uva 76,  of Whippany and Caldwell passed away on July 16, 2016.

Sal is the beloved husband of Maria (nee Elia). The son of the late Benedetto D'Uva and Antonietta (nee Cifelli).  Loving father of Ben D'Uva;  Rocco D'Uva and his wife Kristin; Antonette Caruso and her husband John;  Michele D'Uva-Dente and her husband Anthony. The brother of Gabriel , Bruno, Anthony and Luciano D'Uva.  Cherished grandfather of Michaela, Aurora, Angelo, Nicola, Salvatore, Giulia and Dominic. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Aloysius Church, Caldwell on Friday at 11 AM.  Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Chapel Mausoleum. Visitation will be at the Galante Funeral Home 54 Roseland Ave., Caldwell on Thursday from 4 to 7 PM.
