Stephen V. Fitz , 48 of Iselin died on Sunday March 24 ^th , 2013 at home.

The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Thursday at 9:30 A.M.. The funeral Service will be in St. George Byzantine Catholic Church in Newark at 11:30 A.M. Entombment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M.

Born in Newark he lived in Hillside before moving to Iselin 15 years ago. He was a rolloff truck driver for the City of Plainfield, for the last 5 years.

Steve was married to his loving wife  Adriana (nee Padron) and is the devoted father of Gina Marie, Stephen V. Jr. and Megan Antonia Fitz. He is the cherished son of Rose (nee Speziale) and Albert G. Fitz, the brother of Albert Fitz Jr. and the brother in law of T.J . Abbruscato.
