Theodore J. Rosamilia 89, of Bloomfield, died on Sunday December 11th, 2011 at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ.
The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Saturday at 9 AM. The funeral mass is at St. Anthony Church, in Bellville at 10:30 am. Entombment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park. Visitation is Friday 5-9 pm. For directions or to send condolences visit galantefh.com.
Born in Bloomfield he was a lifelong resident.
He was a member of the Nutley Old Guard for many years, as well as a lifetime member of “Red Sox Nation”.
Ted was married to his late wife Rosalie T. (nee Inaugurato) for 66 years until she died on May 18th of this year.
He was the father of Doreen De Falco Thistleton and her husband Dean, Ted and his wife Nancy Murray Rosamilia, and Janyce Marra and her husband Frank.
He was the brother of Frank Rosamilia, and was also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to The Alzheimers’s Association 400 Morris Avenue Suite 251 Denville, N.J. 07834 in his memory.
