Theresa Melici

Theresa Melici (nee) Orefice)

Theresa was born and raised in Newark and moved to Springfield in 1965. She moved to the Chelsea Assistant Living in Brick in 2016 when she started her battle with dementia.

She was a professional  seamstress for many years at Lambies in East Orange and Tommy LTD in Irvington until retiring in 1980.

She was predeceased by her late parents Philip Orefice and Mary Acardi

Her beloved husband the late Rosario Melici, daughter Maureen Carver, brother Carmine Orefice, sister Josephine Poskitt, and a granddaughter Rene Vitello

Survived are her daughter Sandra and her husband Thomas Severini,

Her son Brian Melici and his Fiancée Elisabeth Gabriel

Her grandchildren Dawn and her husband Craig Webber, Denise and her Husband Michael Di Darno Michele and her husband Christopher Davey , Thomas Severini Jr, Dana and her husband Joseph Spohr Blair Melici and her Fiancé Zach Steel, Arthur Carver and his wife Tracy.

Great Grand Children Michael, Madison, Isabella, Arron, Summer, and Joseph

And is survived by sister in laws Carmella,Josephine Roseanne Christine Brother in laws Phil, James, Vito, Charles predeceased by Brother in laws John, Joseph and sister in laws Jay, Rose and Marie

Also by a whole bunch of Nieces and Nephews.
