Tina Krasner

Tina Krasner (nee D'Alessandro) 88 of Mountainside, died on Friday March 20, 2015 at home.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Wednesday at 9 am. The funeral mass will be in Holy Spirit Church in Union at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

Born in Newark, she lived in Vailsburg, and in Brick for 40 years before moving to Mountainside 1 1/2 years ago. She was a supervisor for the IRS in Newark for many years, retiring 43 years ago. She was also a member of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees  Association.

Tina was married to her late husband Joseph Krasner for 27   years until he passed away in 1990. She was the sister of the late Lucres Tordilio, and Dolores Marino, as well as the aunt of Susan Arlotta, Donna Costa, Peter Tordilio, and Lisa Jones, and the great aunt of many great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers that you make memorials to the Friends of The Brick Library c/o the Brick Library 301 Chambersbridge Road  Brick, N.J. 08723 in her memory.
