Tomoe was born in Brazil and arrived in the United States in 1969 and settled in Newark NJ.

She worked as a seamstress with Joehanna Fashions, Newark NJ for 10 years before retiring.

Funeral arrangements are private in the care of the Galante Funeral Home in Union.
