Vicente J. Losana 86, of Newark, died on Thursday October 22,  2015 at St. Michael Medical Center in Newark.

The funeral service will be in the Galante Funeral Home 17 Pacific Street at Walnut Street, Newark (Ironbound) on Tuesday at 1:30 pm. Cremation will be held privately.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.

Born in Santa Clara, Cuba he lived in Newark for 46 years.

He was a self employed clothing salesman for many years, retiring 30 years ago.

Vicente was the husband of Maria  R. (nee Tejera) for 63 years.

He is the father of Elizabeth Castillo, Rafael Losana, and Vicente F. Losana and his wife Natalie.

He is also the brother of Fausto, and Elizabeth Losana,

and is survived by 8 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers that you make memorials to the charity of your choice in his memory,
