Virginia K. Baccaro

Virginia K. Baccaro 94, of Springfield, NJ, formerly of the Ironbound Section of Newark, NJ,

died on Sunday December 17, 2017.

The funeral service will be held in

The Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue in Union, NJ

on Tuesday March 27, 2018 at 12:30 pm.

Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel Mausoleum

in North Arlington, NJ.

Visitation will be on Tuesday March 27, 2018

from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm.

Born in Newark she lived in the Ironbound Section for most of her life, moving to Springfield, NJ 5 years ago.

She was a Secretary for Celanese Corporation first in Newark, and then in Chatham, NJ for 40 years,

retiring 35 years ago.

Virginia is the daughter of the late Catherine (nee Reilly)

and the late John Baccaro.

She is the sister of the late John (Jack) Baccaro,

and the late Marion Mentzel.

She is survived by her nephews and nieces Brian and Cathy Mentzel,

Carol Monge, Mike Baccaro, Ginny Clark, and Patti Biggerstaff,

and is also survived by 9 great nieces and great nephews,

and 2 great great  nieces and great great nephews.
