Wan Fai Yung Wong

Wan Fai F. Yung Wong, 68 of Union passed away on November 27, 2017.

A Visitation will be held at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Saturday from 9-11 AM. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.

Born in Shanghai, China, she lived in Hong Kong before moving to Buffalo, NY in 1972, later settling in New Jersey. In Buffalo, she pursued a BS degree in Communications at the University of Buffalo. She worked at the U.N. as a project manager for UNICEF for 20 years; later working as a language proficiency tester for 20 years, and at the same time a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker in Union.

Wan Fai was the daughter of Sze-Ching Chung; beloved wife of Shing-Chun "Chris", whom she met in college in 1972; loving mother of Jason Wong and his wife Patricia and Serena Wong and her husband Thomas. She is also survived by her grandchildren Justin and Jocelyn.
