Wieslaw Mysliwiec, 58, of Springfield passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on July 9, 2012.
Born in Poland, he lived in Springfield for many years.
He is the husband of Halina, The father of Wojciech and Dr. Margaret Mysliwiec. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Jan.
Wieslaw worked as a roofer before becoming a longshoreman. He was a member of the NYSA International Longshoremans Association.
The Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave., Union on Wednesday July 11 at 8:30 AM. The Funeral Mass is at St. James Church, Springfield at 10 AM. Interment is at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation is on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
