Wilbur Marzloff

Wilbur G. Marzloff , 92, of  Matawan, formerly of Union passed away on October 19, 2013 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge.

The Funeral will be held at the Galante Funeral home 2800 Morris Ave., Union on Friday at 9 AM.  Interment will be at William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. Visitation is on Thursday from 3 to 7 PM.

Born in Newark, he lived in Union for 50 years prior to moving to Matawan 10 years ago.Wilbur is a life member of the Michael A. Kelly Post 2433 in Union where he served as a Commander in 1995 and 1996.  He also served as a District 5 Commander in 1982 and 1983. He was a WW II Army veteran serving with General Patton’s 6 ^th Armored Division.

Wilbur is the husband of the late Anna (nee Christy ).  The brother of Mildred Muszynski.  Uncle of Susan and John Lamberti.  Great  uncle of Jay Lamberti and great great uncle of JR ( Little Buddy).
