Yolanda L. Dores

Yolanda L. Dores (nee Crescenti) 86, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, died on Monday October 8, 2012 at Summerville Hospital in Summerville, South Carolina.


The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Saturday at 8 am. The funeral mass is at St. Michael Church in Union, at 9:15 am. Interment will follow in George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. Visitation is Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina she lived in Hackensack, and Rochelle Park, before moving to Goose Creek, South Carolina 6 years ago. She was an assembly line worker for Fein Container Corp. for 20 years retiring 22 years ago.


Yolanda was married to her late husband Alfredo H. Dores for 36 years until he died in 1986.She was the mother of Susan E. Murphy and her husband Philip, Alfredo H. Dores and his wife Ellen and Gustavo E. Dores and his wife Susan. She was also the grandmother of Erin, Philip, Kerry Murphy and Thomas, Michael, Sarah, and Daniel Dores.
