What To Expect When You

Meet With Us

At the start of the arrangement's our staff will provide you with a general price list to give you a basic idea of cost of services. We will then guide you through the entire arrangement process, which will include; gaining insight to the life of the person that will be honored. Express at this time your ideas and preferences, talk about their life story and highlight their accomplishments. We will use this information to guide you to create a personalized, unique and meaningful celebration of your loved one's life.


This process may include:

  • Drafting an obituary
  • Preparing and filing the official death certificate
  • Scheduling the services and events (including the location, date, and time)
  • Selecting a casket, urn, or other products you may need
  • Arranging necessary transportation
  • Selecting pallbearers

At the time when we meet with you at the funeral home please bring along the following information about your loved one. Being prepared with these items will make the arrangement process as smooth and stress-free for you and your family.

  • Full legal name & home address
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth
  • Father's name
  • Mother's maiden name
  • Highest education
  • Occupation



  1. Last Employers Info
  2. Recent photograph
  3. Chosen place of burial, if applicable
  4. Names and relationships of survivors
  5. Insurance policy information, if applicable
  6. Church / Clergy name and phone number, if applicable
  7.  Veteran's discharge papers (Honorable Discharge) 
  8. (DD-214), if applicable (Honorable Discharge) 
  9. Complete outfit of clothing you wish your loved one to be wearing.

Feel free to bring in any memorabilia - for example, photos, videos, music, crafts, or treasured items to help express their personality and to pay tribute to their life story. We can offer unique suggestions if you're not sure how to incorporated these particular aspects of their life. We are here to help so don't hesitate to ask.
